Shape search relevance and ranking strategies, working closely with data science and ML teams to continuously improve how results are understood and delivered.

About you:

You have strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, understanding both ranking logic and user experience layers.
You bring a deeply data-driven mindset, with experience interpreting complex metrics and running meaningful experiments beyond surface-level KPIs.
