The Senior Account Executive, Dental Billing Services (DBS) finds and grows business with new potential enterprise clients and existing clients. The person in this position also cross sells to existing independent provider clients while successfully helping our current and potential clients to understand the value of our products and services against the unique needs of their own business.
Consulting in enterprise sales and to Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Navigate complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts or DSOs. Utilizing data provided to leverage sales. Preparing and presenting products to enterprise accounts alongside respective peers. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals as set by management. Develop customer base to meet all sales forecasts and budgets. Continue to develop and leverage relationships with established clients and consultants. Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge, staying on top of our benefits and features and understanding how to negotiate or push our promotions. Maintain a deep understanding of our competitors’ offerings. Make cold calls as needed. Successfully upsell and introduce new products or enhancements. May conduct client demonstrations on how to utilize our products and services. May attend trade shows and association meetings. Work effectively with other team members/departments to ensure the maximum results for our clients within the protocols established for the position. Consistently meet company and department policies and expectations including those surrounding attendance. Achieve and exceed company and departmental goals.
