As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management is excited to announce the opening of a Repair Representative! In this role, you will showcase your customer service skills with clients and vendors while keeping safety and compliance top of mind as part of our Enterprise Risk Management family. This is an administrative position in a professional setting where we work hard and reward hard work! While in this role, you will perfect your phones skills by helping clients; you will become a vendor expert by arranging services, negotiating where needed and trouble-shooting a variety of situations. You will confirm pricing and payment standards are met. You will also get the opportunity to give back to the community. This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a remote position working from your home in the Charlotte, NC Metropolitan area.
