Position Summary:
- Works to resolve insurance claim denials.
- Investigates denials via insurance provider portals and appeals claims if denied.
- Contacts patients or families through multiple channels to update information.
How you'll make an impact:
- Works with insurance companies, payers, and other third-parties to ensure timely submission and correct payment on claims.
- Processes credit card payments and posts to patient ledger in EMR/PM system.
- Reviews and processes insurance and patient refunds.
