Job Description
This position is for someone with a strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and the ability to oversee multiple engagements. Be a strategic technical counterpart to the Success team at Monte Carlo and define project scope based on the customer's needs and requirements. Guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions, and deliver implementations of Monte Carlo, including on complicated data lake environments.
Define best practice approaches for achieving a desired technical capability through Monte Carlo and deliver training and enablement on advanced technical concepts to technical customers. Create collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed, while advocating on behalf of customers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales. Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities to drive product consumption growth.
