Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding, including project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration, and launch.
- Tailor onboarding strategies to help clients adopt the platform and achieve their business goals.
- Act as the primary contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
Project and Client Management:
- Manage several implementation projects at once, keeping them aligned with client satisfaction.
- Work closely with venue stakeholders to customize the SevenRooms platform based on their needs.
- Ensure projects remain on track and clients reach value quickly and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and drive product adoption.
- Serve as a product expert, guiding clients through platform tools and their application.
