Role Overview:
- Support both non-dispensing pharmacy intake and dispensing fulfillment across the patient access journey.
- Act as central coordinator among patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturer program stakeholders.
- Report to a supervising pharmacist and manage cases with high accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review prescription and patient information for completeness, following up with providers and pharmacies as needed.
- Triage prescriptions to appropriate dispensing pharmacies based on coverage determinations.
- Coordinate with copay assistance, patient assistance programs, and other affordability resources.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician licensure and national certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
- 2–4 years of pharmacy or patient support experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, prescription processing, and documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range of $21.00–$26.00 based on experience.

- Remote role based in Texas with potential minimal travel.
