Your Opportunity:
- Lead a forward-deployed AI delivery team within the Data & AI organization.
- Drive a disciplined intake-to-handoff delivery model for production AI systems.
- Build repeatable patterns, evaluations, and guardrails for the enterprise.
What You'll Do:
- Own the delivery roadmap and team growth.
- Set technical direction for agentic AI systems and cost optimization.
- Partner with sponsors across Product, Security, and Operations.
Your Team:
- Lead the Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, reporting to the VP, Head of AI.
- Work on enterprise’s highest-value applied-AI use cases with executive sponsorship.
- Shape how AI delivery gets done at EBSCO with autonomy.
About You:
- 10+ years in software, product, or AI delivery, with 3+ years leading AI production teams.
- Hands-on with modern agentic AI, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong communication bridging technical and business stakeholders.
