Center Development Coordinator (Remote)

This full-time remote position provides assistance to the management team to ensure successful service delivery to over 50 learning centers and offices. The Center Development Coordinator provides general overall facility site set up services, including continuous monitoring of set up/delivery of materials. Responsibilities include providing general overall facility site set up services, addressing client inquiries, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, coordinating with contractors, and managing vendor performance. The role involves maintaining communication with contractors, clients, and the team. Additional duties involve assisting with site inspections, creating work orders, and reporting on their status. The coordinator assists in monitoring vendor performance, managing service and performance of vendors and landlords, and documenting communication between parties.
