Engineering Manager, New Product Team

Swiftly is looking for an Engineering Manager to join a new cross-functional product team, where the team will ideate, discover, design, and deliver products that integrate with Swiftly’s tools enabling transit agencies to run operations effectively. You’ll guide your team in embracing new technologies to deliver an innovative, differentiated experience. Technical experience across cloud software, people management experience, team leadership experience, and a drive for excellence and continuous improvement will differentiate you. Your work will ultimately bring tangible, real-world-impacting products to transportation agencies and transit riders. The role involves translating rapid learning into product designs and guiding engineers as plans solidify. The Engineering Manager will manage team members with a focus on enabling a supportive, inclusive, growth-oriented, and outcome-focused culture.
