What You'll Do:

  • Lead campaigns and A-B testing strategies across growth marketing channels.
  • Own companies scheduled sales promotions, including coordination, collaboration, execution, reporting and presentation.
  • Coordinate product launches with product and tech teams, including QA testing.

Performance Measurements:

  • Positive contribution to lead generation, paid subscriptions, member retention, and engagement rates.
  • Campaigns executed on time and error-free.
  • Clear, thorough documentation of owned processes and campaigns.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in two or more of the marketing channels of email, paid, seo, social, onsite, affiliate, or direct mail.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and working knowledge of HTML (VWO, Marketto, a plus).
