Job Description

Act as a strategic liaison between operations, technology, and the Internal Efficiency Automation team. This role combines process intelligence and emerging technology fluency to accelerate automation and AI adoption across Experian Employer Services, Verification Solutions and Housing (EVH). You will independently evaluate opportunities, lead discovery, and prioritization processes, and ensure that automation and AI projects deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end intake process for automation and AI projects, defining strategic automation roadmaps, conducting detailed current-state assessments, and performing comprehensive Return on investment modeling. You will also collaborate with automation architects, developers, and data scientists to shape requirements and oversee initiative tracking.
