Senior Designer, UX Research and Prototyping

Key Responsibilities:

• Know your clients through rigorous discovery and user research.
• Prototype, do not just mock up: deliver clickable, code-backed prototypes that resolve ambiguity.
• Set the bar for craft, build internal partnerships, make it simple, and build for scale.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in UX research/product design, typically around 7 years, with demonstrable ownership of complex problems.
• Portfolio showing working prototypes that directly shaped engineering decisions.
• Comfort with prototyping tools beyond static design, including Figma interactive, no-code/low-code, or basic front-end code.

Location & Collaboration:

• Hybrid role with in-person collaboration in Paris or London preferred; hybrid work applies there.
