Senior UX Designer

The Role:

• Shape how enterprise users experience complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops with product managers, engineers, and customers.
• Make design decisions stick across teams.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned product areas.
• Evaluate and challenge product ideas early using research and prototypes.
• Drive design decisions to closure and document the reasoning.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of UX design experience in a SaaS or software product company.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on complex software, not primarily marketing sites.
• Proven experience planning and facilitating workshops.
