Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on ad operations (tracking) requirements, and partner with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed.
