Job Description

Own the end-to-end marketing campaigns engine, including strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and iteration, to generate quality discovery calls for Sales. Lead a two-person pod, coordinate with the Design team for social/video/reels/landing assets, and ensure rigorous attribution and reporting via the in-house platform. Responsibilities include designing and managing multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn outreach + ads, email funnels & nurture, landing pages, partnerships), defining ICPs, offers, messaging maps, and experiment/test hypotheses. Launch and oversee LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations. Create campaign proposals and produce regular performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations. Run A/B tests, capture learnings, and build playbooks for continuous improvement. Close collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Client Success ensures clean handoffs, data integrity, and feedback loops. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years in B2B/SaaS/performance marketing roles with direct experience managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, landing pages, and automation (GoHighLevel or similar).
