Engineering Manager

Hims & Hers is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers within the Customer Platform (focused on Store), fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. The role involves coaching and mentoring engineering teams in Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices, and defining technical strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on innovation, reliability, scalability, and quality of our platform. The Engineering Manager will also drive alignment across squads and cross-functional partners, scale the architecture and systems, champion engineering standards, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams. This role requires managing staffing strategy, representing engineering in executive-level forums, and ensuring robust assurance practices in a modern, agile environment.
