What you'll be doing:
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries
- Administer leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations
