Responsibilities:
- Ensuring and maintaining compliance and HR operations in their assigned country.
- Managing leave requests and processing administrative tasks for Employee of Records.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of HR operations in the assigned countries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
- Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations in Israel.
