Job Description
Help design and scale our global rewards infrastructure across the UK, India, and the US. This role will lead day-to-day compensation operations while helping shape a thoughtful, efficient, and globally consistent total rewards experience. This is a strategic and operational role, and youโll partner closely with Talent, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure weโre making fair, data-driven, and high-integrity decisions about how we reward people across countries, levels, and contexts.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining compensation and benefits systems that support our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally, serving as the internal point of contact for compensation, equity, and benefits programs, and leading execution of global compensation cycles.
