About the Role:
- The Director of Product Management leads a portfolio of core OT cybersecurity products that protect critical infrastructure.
- Reporting to the VP of Product, this role owns strategy and delivery across multiple product areas while building a high-performing team of product managers.
- This leader drives customer-centric roadmaps and translates vision into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy execution across all assigned areas of the Dragos Platform portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
- Partner with customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise-scale B2B cybersecurity product management experience, including 4+ years in people management.
- Experience owning MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud/SaaS delivery.
- Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product capabilities.
Compensation:
- Salary: $245,000.
