Senior Director, Product Management

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the product team to design and deliver autonomous endpoint management solutions, integrating AI to tackle vulnerabilities across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Drive product operations and process excellence, refining the product development lifecycle to enable high-velocity delivery without chaos.
• Build high-trust partnerships with Engineering and cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business outcomes and go-to-market integration.

Background & Skills Required:

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.
• Demonstrated success in introducing operational improvements and scaling product teams through prioritization and outcome-based roadmapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high EQ to coach and empower a team.

• Building a high-trust partnership with Engineering that enables fast, customer-focused delivery rather than creating competing priorities.
• Bringing stability to the Product organization by evolving existing processes where appropriate.
• Establishing clear product outcome priorities grounded in customer outcomes and business impact.
