Job Description
Seeking an Administrative VA to manage daily data entry tasks for a real estate and loan team. The VA will extract property and contact details from MLS listings and enter them into Bonzo CRM to ensure client records and leads are up to date. Accuracy, organization, and consistency are key to success in this position.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Data Extraction & Entry, Data Maintenance & Reporting, Update CRM records daily to ensure new data is available before the start of the clientβs next business day.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Clientβs requirements: Experience in data entry or administrative support. Note: This opportunity is for an independent contractor engagement and not an offer of employment.
