Manage the program portfolio covering inference, efficiency, serving, and endpoints to guarantee that Cohere’s infrastructure scales for a rapidly expanding user base.
Lead end-to-end coordination and execution with a focus on cross-functional collaboration with Modeling and customer-facing teams.
Identify pain points and establish processes to ensure team focus on development while meeting user needs.

What You'll Do:

Build a culture of continuous improvement by liaising with incident management leads and ensuring accurate root cause analysis.
Manage overlapping projects and programs, ruthlessly prioritizing to meet company top priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set, track, and manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and scope.

What We Look For:

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in ML Infrastructure covering inference, serving, efficiency, and endpoints.
In-depth technical knowledge of ML infrastructure design and engineering best practices.
Experience in fast-paced, low-structure environments with ability to function at tactical and strategic levels.
