Job Description
Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc. Handle communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc. Process transactions and update monthly reports. Prepare financial reports and payroll computation. Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. The role reports to Accounting Officers and Accounting Managers and performs ad hoc tasks as needed.
