Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the final escalation point for high-priority, complex cases involving medical imaging applications and enterprise healthcare environments.
  • Manage escalated customer cases end-to-end, ensuring proactive communication and a superior customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted technical liaison to identify product defects and champion fixes that improve platform reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 8+ years of progressive technical support experience.
  • Expert proficiency with relational databases like MSSQL or Oracle and the ability to troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols, Linux operating systems, and enterprise web server architectures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain required government security clearances.
  • Participation in a 24/7/365 on-call and holiday rotation is required.
  • Minimal travel may be required for training, escalations, or special projects.
