Job Description
Machine intelligence will soon take over humanityβs role in knowledge-keeping and creation. What started in the mid-1990s as the gradual off-loading of knowledge and decision making to search engines will be rapidly replaced by vast neural networks - with all knowledge compressed into their artificial neurons. Unlike organic life, machine intelligence, built within silicon, needs protocols to coordinate and grow. And, like nature, these protocols should be open, permissionless, and neutral.
Take high-level product direction and drive delivery by owning the specification, building detailed project plans, and aligning highly technical engineering and research teams on priorities to ensure we ship the right thingsβon time, and at top quality.
Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.Use data to better understand user needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development. Drive sprint and milestone planning in partnership with Engineering and Product; ensuring teams are aligned, focused and unblocked. Own day-to-day program delivery: build schedules, run planning cycles, manage timelines, track progress, and escalate risks. Act as a trusted source of truth for leadership β providing clear, accurate updates on delivery progress and tradeoffs. Facilitate retrospectives and program reviews to improve how we execute over time.
