HCI
Strategic HSE Leadership:
- Develop and implement programmatic HSE strategies, plans, and procedures across all EPCM projects.
- Serve as primary HSE advisor to Project Directors and EPCM leadership teams, driving adoption of safety programs.
- Provide strategic guidance during proposals and contract negotiations to align client expectations.
Safety Program & Contractor Coordination:
- Define scalable HSE organization structures and clarify roles for integrated EPCM safety programs.
- Establish standardized HSE execution plans across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Coordinate HSE expectations across contractors, lead onboarding and audits, and embed safety into procurement documents.
Risk Management & Culture:
- Direct hazard identification and high-risk work reviews to ensure consistent risk management execution.
- Support investigations of higher-severity incidents and champion implementation of risk-based controls.
- Model visible leadership to build trust and proactive safety behavior, coaching teams on leading indicators.
Compliance & Performance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and represent the company in audits.
- Monitor leading and lagging indicators, prepare reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
