Responsibilities:
- Support organizational procurement for supplies and services with a focus on Operational Excellence, managing the full RFP lifecycle and national vendor agreements.
- Drive profitability through cost-saving opportunities, budget management, and spend risk reduction while overseeing vendor performance metrics and SLAs.
- Partner with departments to ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations, and resolve vendor escalations and store-level service issues.
Work Arrangement and Travel:
- This is a remote position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call nights and weekends to support business needs.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% for vendor evaluations, store visits, and company meetings, requiring a valid driver's license.
