Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows/Mac.
-Diagnose and resolve incidents across hardware, software, networking, and audio/visual setups.
-Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate with infrastructure and senior IT team members on projects.
-Work on process improvements.
-Contribute to automation efforts.
Management:
-Manage IT assets and deployments using MDM (JAMF, Intune).
-Handle access management with Okta and SailPoint IIQ.
-Maintain KPIs and SLAs for IT service performance.
