Group Product Manager - Drug Pathways & Member Experience

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the Product vision, strategy and execution for the Drug Pathways.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sr Product Managers to deliver innovative products.
• Support teams PRD / UX design development through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience with a focus on data-centric, platform, or AI-driven products.
• 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading Product Managers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate between business and technical audiences.
