Vertical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vertical pipeline health and support pursuit teams with insights, content, and SME matching.
• Provide pursuit support and coordination to improve preparedness and follow-through across opportunities.
• Capture delivery insights and client feedback to document learnings and inform offering refinement.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in sales enablement, pursuit support, delivery, or industry operations.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional coordination experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with comfort working across multiple stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position that can be remote or onsite in one of Consilio’s core locations.
• Some travel up to 30% may be required for internal meetings and client engagement.
