Job Description
This role entails representing and pinpointing intricate customer challenges across the product spectrum, steering the design lifecycle from initial discovery to design validation and ensuring seamless customer adoption. Apply and customize suitable research methodologies tailored to specific project demands. Collaborate directly with customers to gain a thorough insight into their distinct requirements for our product suite, defining and synthesizing user profiles and application scenarios. Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver well-informed strategic insights that shape pivotal decisions. Validate feature implementation and design direction through participatory design initiatives, early-stage concept assessments, and formative and summative usability assessments. Offer strategic guidance, establish a clear vision, and provide leadership for extensive collaborative endeavors. Communicate and educate partners effectively by articulating insights through tangible resources such as detailed user segments, persona frameworks, job-to-be-done analyses, user journey maps, and comprehensive task analyses. Mentor fellow team members and champion the significance of user-centered research principles throughout the organization.
