Role Overview:
- As the Associate Director of Social Media Strategy, you will lead social media engagements for health and life sciences clients, ensuring high-quality work and department growth.
- You will report to the Senior Vice President of Social & Linguistics Strategy and work in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of top-notch social strategies and content plans, providing strategic consultation and social media management.
- Guide clients and teams on social media strategies, platform capabilities, and FDA/FTC regulations.
- Spearhead innovation by exploring new approaches and services to enhance the agency's social media capabilities.
What You Bring:
- Over 5 years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceuticals with a strong background in social media strategy.
- Deep knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations for social media in the biotech and pharma industries.
- Experience in client service within an agency environment and mentoring junior team members.
