Paid Social Associate Director

The Role:

• We're looking for an Associate Director, Paid Social to provide hands-on strategic and tactical leadership across a portfolio of client accounts, with a strong focus on coaching and quality control for more junior team members' day-to-day work.
• This role is grounded in deep paid social expertise while contributing to Wpromote's evolution toward an integrated paid media team.
• You'll be the go-to resource junior team members turn to for account guidance, campaign audits, and executive-ready storytelling.

You Will Be:

• Providing day-to-day account oversight and quality control across a portfolio of paid social accounts.
• Coaching and guiding account managers and other junior team members in real time on platform execution, campaign strategy, testing, reporting, and client communication.
• Managing a small book of enterprise-level clients directly, serving as a senior strategic partner and staying close to the evolving paid social landscape.

You Must Have:

• 4–6 years of experience in paid media, with deep hands-on expertise in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, and measurement.
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with additional experience across platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or X.
• Both performance marketing and brand planning experience.
