Job Description
Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population. Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record. Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session. Communicate cross-functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed. Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics.
