The Role:
- You will support patient enrollment for multiple clinical trials, including flu vaccines, migraine, obesity with diabetes, and cardiology studies.
- You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, educate participants, and schedule site visits for qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clinical research patient recruitment and telephone-based prescreening is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular studies is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills are essential.
What Success Looks Like:
- You maintain consistent and timely patient outreach and accurately identify potentially qualified participants.
- You minimize lead drop-off through effective follow-up and help the site maintain a healthy screening pipeline.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote role supporting the site team, working across multiple active studies and patient pipelines.
- You will use tools such as RealTime CTMS, Trial Partners, and Clinical Connections.
