Primary Duties:
- Conduct outreach calls when automated workflows fail, assist with onboarding and clinical metric collection.
- Manage high-volume queues, process webform exceptions, and execute clinical triage handoffs.
- Document interactions, track metrics, and collaborate to refine operations.
Operational Support:
- Maintain records in EHRs/CRMs and report engagement metrics.
- Respond to time-sensitive updates and adjust priorities for critical outreach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 2+ years in healthcare outreach or patient engagement.
- Proven ability to meet performance metrics in high-volume settings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; availability for varied shifts.
