Senior Proposal Manager

About the Role:

• Lead Muon Space's high-priority proposal efforts from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Business Development, and Executive teams.
• Develop winning proposals while establishing scalable capture processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop compliant, compelling, and differentiated technical proposals.
• Partner with leadership to define technical win themes aligned with customer mission needs.
• Mentor technical contributors and drive continuous improvement in capture best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years leading technical captures or strategic proposals with demonstrated success.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS) and active TS clearance.
• Excellent technical writing and executive communication skills.
