Job Description
The Contractor Engagement Manager will be dedicated to assisting the advancement of USPack’s reputation as the company of choice to partner with for independent transportation service providers (IC’s, Master Contractors, Vendors, etc.). The Contractor Engagement Manager will develop and lead the implementation and the ongoing operation/management of programs, outreach initiatives, value add services, and process improvement, etc. in support of creating a best in class contracted driver experience. The department impact should increase loyalty in the driver network, decrease current contractor turnover, increase interest in the marketplace, increase contractor engagement with current contractor partners, and solidify USPack as the company of choice for Contractors in the same day logistics industry to partner with.
Reduce driver turnover by contract stability and engagement programs. Design and drive the execution of strategy in support of organizational goals and objectives around the driver experience. Identify, Promote, and implement solutions to improve IC’s experience with technology related to their service offerings. Develop and implement directives and initiatives to standardize USPack processes related to the contracted driver experience across the nationwide footprint. Interact with the contractor network to review commissions, activity, customer, dispatch, and field operation interactions.
