Medicare/DSNP ITS Implementation Analyst Consultant (HSP Configuration)

Actively seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst Consultant to support the technical readiness of Conduent’s HSP Core Claims Administration System for Medicare and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This consultant will lead efforts to ensure regulatory alignment, seamless integration, and accurate system configuration for the 2026 Medicare/DSNP program launch in California. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in HSP Configuration , California DSNP implementations, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to adoption. Key responsibilities include translating policy, leading HSP system configuration, collaborating with subject matter experts and QA teams, maintaining a Traceability Matrix, supporting implementation, ensuring security, documentation, training, and facilitating migration of software systems. The consultant should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, excel at collaboration, and understand healthcare compliance and IT security.
