Sales Operations Business Partner

Huntress is looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to join the Sales Operations Team. This role will partner closely with leaders in our sales and marketing organizations to support our Internal IT & Security (IIS) Account Executive, Sales Development, and Account Management teams that sell direct to enterprises of all sizes. As the Sales Operations Business Partner, you will serve as the main point of contact within Sales Operations for these teams. Playing a crucial role in helping our leaders scale their business through process development/refinement, reporting, data analysis, and forecasting. Responsibilities include understanding business needs, executing prioritized projects, identifying areas of improvement, and assisting with CRM hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/revenue operations, knowledge of sales cycles, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication skills.
