Intern - Human Resources and Data

An intern is needed to help in the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and HR data management. This role will ensure HR information is up to date and assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system, including orientation for new team members. The intern will create various HR reports, including monthly company headcount reports and other HR demographic reports. They will also provide presentation materials for reports by creating tables, graphs, charts, maps, etc. to be used for the reports. Additional responsibilities include updating the HR calendar, running audits of HR information, preparing COE drafts, and other HR-related tasks.
