Job Description

Strategic Planning:

  • Lead the full marketing planning process (annual, quarterly, and ongoing).
  • Facilitate strategy development, align with global and regional priorities.
  • Drive target account setting and investment prioritization.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance management by building and managing OKRs/KPIs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and provide timely insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with Analytics to improve perfomance.

Resource Management:

-Partner with Finance and Marketing Leadership on resource management.

-Ensuring budgets are on track, headcount capacity is managed effectively.

-Vendor relationships meet high-quality standards.
