Responsibilities and Impact:

Oversee all People operations including employee relations, multistate compliance, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and systems management.
Build and coach the People team, develop manager capabilities, and ensure warehouse and operations partnership to preempt people issues.

Role Execution:

Operate with a 70% execution, 30% strategy split, focusing on hands-on problem-solving such as investigations, terminations, and closing critical hires.
Manage external partners like brokers and employment counsel, and drive cross-functional projects such as compensation reviews and policy rollouts.

Qualifications and Mindset:

Require 12+ years in HR/People roles within logistics, distribution, or manufacturing, with direct experience supporting hourly workforces.
Seek an operator-first leader with executive presence, builder mindset, tech fluency in HRIS/ATS, and comfort with high autonomy and ambiguity.
