About the Role:
- Work closely with Zinier's Co-Founder and CEO and executive team on key strategic initiatives.
- Gain a front-row seat to how a global B2B PaaS company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency through company-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead transformative projects cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- MBA with 3-7 years in management consulting, business operations, or chief of staff roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- High ownership mentality with a bias toward execution.
