Define multi-quarter technical roadmaps, balancing upstream velocity, supply chain security, customer compliance, and scalability.
Identify systemic patterns from customer and operational signals to drive architectural changes across the catalogue.

Cross-functional Leadership:

Build alignment across teams and executives on technical strategy, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
Represent Docker in escalations, key enterprise engagements, and upstream OSS communities.
Set conventions and standards at scale for image definition, Helm chart adaptation, and supply chain tooling.

Engineering and Mentorship:

Drive the hardest packaging problems that require reasoning across upstream dynamics, security, and customer impact.
Shape integration test infrastructure and developer tooling strategy to scale quality.
Mentor staff and senior engineers through review, design, and architectural decisions to raise the team's technical ceiling.
