Role Overview:
- Manage the grants process for delivery partners, from application to close-out.
- Act as main relationship lead for funded partners, building trusted relationships.
- Oversee grant agreements, payments, and monitoring, ensuring governance and compliance.

- Programme, grants, or partnerships professional with grant management experience.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, databases, and reporting tools is advantageous.
