Job Description
Minted is seeking a Manager of Customer Service to support the Customer Operations team. This role focuses on defining excellent service, working with frontline representatives and contact center leaders to turn Minted's vision into coaching and growth opportunities for the entire team. You will lead Customer Service Supervisors, set a high standard for customer service, partnering with leaders across Mintedβs locations to improve knowledge and experience. You will also monitor communications, offer real-time feedback, and use data to improve customer experience. This role includes handling complex concerns, guiding the team, and identifying areas for improvement.
