Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst

As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU  and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions. As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst you will: Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to support collaboration and efficient delivery. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops. Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and manage a structured product backlog. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables. Configure systems based on user needs and coordinate customizations with development teams. Support sprint planning, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals. Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain clear documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
